We’re an established and growing engineering business (20% growth each year over the last three years) delivering complex, bespoke safety critical instrumentation products into high-integrity industries.

We’re looking for a hands-on Project Manager ready to step up—someone who can take real ownership of complex non-standard product delivery from customer requirement through design, supply chain, assembly, test, qualification and production. This is not a reporting role. You’ll be driving outcomes.

What you’ll do

  • Own and be accountable for projects end-to-end from requirement to delivery
  • Coordinate and challenge engineering, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Manage complexity, risk, ambiguity and stakeholder expectations
  • Communicate clearly and concisely to all stakeholders

What we’re looking for

  • 5–10 years in engineering/project delivery
  • Background in aerospace new product development, or alternatively in nuclear, defence, or similar industries
  • Experience delivering low-volume, highly regulated products
  • Proven ability to deliver (not just track) projects
  • Confident working with senior stakeholders while staying close to the detail.
