We are looking for an Engineering Manager with strong electronics design expertise, leadership skills to drive innovation and deliver high‑integrity products and experience in either aerospace, medical or defence.
What You’ll Do
- Lead teams to deliver complex engineering projects and eliminate electronic obsolescence.
- Oversee design of products combining mechanical and electronic technologies (analogue & digital).
- Ensure compliance with ISO9001, SIL, and functional safety standards.
- Manage product qualification and certification processes.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in electronic/electromechanical design.
- Degree in Electronic Engineering (Master’s preferred).
- Strong management experience in regulated industries.
