We’re an established and growing engineering business (20% growth each year over the last three years) delivering complex, bespoke safety critical instrumentation products into high-integrity industries.
We’re looking for a hands-on Project Manager ready to step up—someone who can take real ownership of complex non-standard product delivery from customer requirement through design, supply chain, assembly, test, qualification and production. This is not a reporting role. You’ll be driving outcomes.
What you’ll do:
- Own and be accountable for projects end-to-end from requirement to delivery
- Coordinate and challenge engineering, suppliers, and internal teams
- Manage complexity, risk, ambiguity and stakeholder expectations
- Communicate clearly and concisely to all stakeholders
What we’re looking for:
- 5–10 years in engineering/project delivery
- Background in aerospace new product development, or alternatively in nuclear, defence, or similar industries
- Experience delivering low-volume, highly regulated products
- Proven ability to deliver (not just track) projects
- Confident working with senior stakeholders while staying close to the detail.
Why this role:
- Step up in complexity and visibility
- Real responsibility in a growing business
- Clear path into broader leadership roles
Salary: Up to £70k.
