Delta Mobrey Ltd is a design engineering and manufacturing company providing products to support the nuclear power, oil & gas, mining, energy and marine industries. We are recruiting for a Director of Engineering who will work closely with the Chief Operating Officer.

You will be responsible for managing and developing the Engineering department across 3 Delta Mobrey sites in UK, Bulgaria and Malaysia to include:

  • Propose and deploy the Engineering strategy,
  • Develop supporting processes and systems,
  • Manage Engineering teams across our 3 engineering sites (UK, Bulgaria, Malaysia)
  • Develop adequate skills,
  • Ensure performance of the engineering department deliverables (On-Time, Quality, Cost)

As the Company achieves its growth objectives, this role will evolve. We are therefore looking for an individual who is experienced in their Engineering career and has the drive and ambition to build their team. In return you will receive an excellent starting salary with further increases as you progress, 25 days holiday, medical and dental provision, a generous Company pension scheme and life assurance.
