We’re looking for a Warehouse Manager who actively raises standards, improves systems, and drives operational performance. This is a pivotal leadership role at the heart of our delivery engine — ensuring equipment is stored, tested, prepared, dispatched and returned with consistency, accuracy, and speed.

Responsibilities

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Leading day-to-day warehouse operations: goods in/out, prep, de-prep, returns and maintenance workflows
  • Planning and prioritising equipment prep in line with live project schedules and deadlines
  • Driving stock accuracy, asset control and equipment reliability (HireTrack or similar systems)
  • Implementing strong quality control processes to reduce errors and improve consistency
  • Managing and developing the warehouse team (rotas, performance, training, standards)
  • Owning warehouse H&S standards, safe systems of work, and best-practice compliance
  • Improving layouts, workflows and SOPs to increase efficiency and reduce friction across the business
  • Working closely with Projects, Operations, Engineering and Logistics to deliver seamlessly
Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in an AV hire / live events / technical production environment
  • Strong understanding of professional audio equipment (video/lighting knowledge is a plus)
  • Proven experience leading a warehouse or operational team in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organised, calm under pressure, and excellent at prioritising workloads
  • A confident people leader who can set standards and drive accountability
  • Comfortable with asset management / inventory systems and operational reporting
  • Forklift licence and manual handling training desirable (not essential)

Be part of a respected team delivering high-profile events and productions. Take ownership of a key operational function with real influence on performance. Drive meaningful improvements — not just maintain the status quo. Work in a professional, collaborative, technically excellent environment.

All applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
