We're looking for a Warehouse Manager who actively raises standards, improves systems, and drives operational performance. This is a pivotal leadership role at the heart of our delivery engine — ensuring equipment is stored, tested, prepared, dispatched and returned with consistency, accuracy, and speed.
Responsibilities- Leading day-to-day warehouse operations: goods in/out, prep, de-prep, returns and maintenance workflows
- Planning and prioritising equipment prep in line with live project schedules and deadlines
- Driving stock accuracy, asset control and equipment reliability (HireTrack or similar systems)
- Implementing strong quality control processes to reduce errors and improve consistency
- Managing and developing the warehouse team (rotas, performance, training, standards)
- Owning warehouse H&S standards, safe systems of work, and best-practice compliance
- Improving layouts, workflows and SOPs to increase efficiency and reduce friction across the business
- Working closely with Projects, Operations, Engineering and Logistics to deliver seamlessly
- Experience in an AV hire / live events / technical production environment
- Strong understanding of professional audio equipment (video/lighting knowledge is a plus)
- Proven experience leading a warehouse or operational team in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organised, calm under pressure, and excellent at prioritising workloads
- A confident people leader who can set standards and drive accountability
- Comfortable with asset management / inventory systems and operational reporting
- Forklift licence and manual handling training desirable (not essential)
