Senior Treasury Manager £72,660 per annum Chelmsford Permanent Full-Time We are looking for a Senior Treasury Manager to lead Delta Housing’s treasury function, ensuring effective management of liquidity, borrowing, investments and financial risk.
Provide expert treasury insight, governance and reporting to support regulatory compliance, investor confidence and informed decision-making, while maximising value for money and enabling delivery of the Corporate Strategy.
What you'll be doing Lead the management of Delta’s liquidity, cashflow, borrowing and investments, ensuring adequate funding, effective working capital management and compliance with the Treasury Management Policy.
Produce treasury reporting, KPIs, assurance updates and financial analysis for the Executive Management Team, Board, Committees, lenders, investors and other stakeholders.
Lead treasury-related regulatory reporting, including FFR, NROSH and other statutory, regulatory and lender reporting requirements.
Monitor compliance with funding covenants and treasury obligations, providing assurance to the Board and Leadership Team and ensuring appropriate risk mitigation measures are in place.
