We are looking for a Leasehold Advisor to provide an effective and efficient Homeowner management service for customers in accordance with Deltas policies and procedures, achieving high standards of performance and customer service.
What you'll be doing:
- Work with Finance team to ensure that service charge estimates, and actuals are accurate and reflect actual costs of works and services and resolve any related customer enquiries.
- Carry out consultation with homeowners prior to commencing any works or entering into long term agreements that fall under section 20 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985 (amended by section 151 of the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002).
- Take appropriate action when we become aware that a homeowner is acting in breach of the terms of their lease, e.g., carrying out unapproved works to the property; improper or illegal use of the property; failure to maintain the premises or damage to the premises; refusal to give Delta reasonable access to the property; anti-social behaviour or neighbour nuisance.
