We are looking for an Asset Manager to lead the Asset Management team in the delivery of the Asset Management Strategy. They will also deliver high levels of performance and cost management across all renewal, maintenance and servicing programmes, ensuring maximum regulatory, legislative and industry best practice compliance. They will also be expected to deliver a commercial, customer focused approach to property asset management and stock investment.
