Product Owner £62,000 per annum Chelmsford Permanent Full-Time We are looking for a Product Owner who will own and prioritise a pipeline of change across Delta’s housing technology landscape, translating strategic priorities, service needs and regulatory requirements into clear, deliverable outcomes. The Product Owner will shape and maintain product backlogs and delivery priorities across Salesforce, MS Dynamics and other housing technology platforms, working with stakeholders, technical teams and suppliers to maximise value from digital solutions. What you'll be doing * Use business value, risk, urgency, dependencies, capacity, platform performance, user feedback and emerging regulatory requirements to prioritise change, inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement. * Facilitate discovery, backlog refinement and planning activities, capturing business needs, customer outcomes, benefits, priorities and success measures. * Translate business needs, customer outcomes, service priorities and regulatory requirements into epics, user stories and acceptance criteria within Azure DevOps. * Use business value, risk, urgency, dependencies, capacity, platform performance, user feedback and emerging regulatory requirements to prioritise change, inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement. * Facilitate discovery, backlog refinement and planning activities, capturing business needs, customer outcomes, benefits, priorities and success measures. * Translate business needs, customer outcomes, service priorities and regulatory requirements into epics, user stories and acceptance criteria within Azure DevOps. What we are looking for * Significant experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Manager or similar role in technology initiatives. * Experience managing product backlogs, change pipelines, user stories and acceptance criteria in an Agile, hybrid or iterative environment. * Strong understanding of prioritisation, roadmap development, backlog refinement and value-led decision-making. * Experience working with case management or housing management systems, Microsoft Power Platform and CRMs such as D365 or Salesforce. * Experience supporting the delivery lifecycle from discovery and design through build, test, release and adoption. * Ability to balance strategic change, regulatory demand, operational improvement and BAU platform enhancements. Please note the office expectancy of this role is as follows: This role will require you in a minimum of 1-2 days a week, this may vary as per business needs.
