We are looking for a Policy Integration Officer for a 12 month FTC to support the development, implementation, review and maintenance of the organisation's policy framework. The role is responsible for coordinating policy reviews, supporting policy harmonisation and integration following organisational change, ensuring policies remain compliant with legislative and regulatory requirements, and helping managers and teams understand and apply policies effectively. The postholder will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure policies are practical, accessible, consistently applied, and aligned with customer priorities, organisational objectives, values and regulatory expectations.
What you'll be doing
- Support the development and maintenance of Delta's policy framework, ensuring alignment with best practice, legislation, regulatory requirements, organisational values and corporate objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams and the Integration Programme to develop, review and harmonise policies that can be effectively embedded across the organisation.
- Engage with customers and other stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure policies are informed by lived experience and stakeholder insight and priorities.
- Analyse complaints, feedback and lessons learned to help shape policy development and continuous improvement.
- Ensure equity, diversity and inclusion considerations are embedded throughout policy development, review and implementation.
What we are looking for
- Experience of supporting the development, implementation or review of policies, procedures, projects or governance frameworks.
- Ability to analyse information, identify trends, draw out key findings and make practical recommendations.
- Strong written communication skills, with experience of producing clear reports, briefings or policy documentation and a good standard of grammar and attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to plan and prioritise workload, manage competing deadlines and work independently.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, listening and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Please note the office expectancy of this role is as follows: This role will require you in the office full time for a period of training before moving to hybrid working which will require you in a minimum of 1 day a week or as per business need.
- The salary for this post will be Β£35,292 Per Annum.
