We are looking for an Empty Homes Coordinator to provide comprehensive end to end coordination and oversight of the voids service, ensuring Supervisors are effectively supported to deliver timely, compliant repairs and re-let empty properties efficiently. Acting as the central point of control, the role proactively works with contractors and internal teams to prioritise workflows, reduce turnaround times, minimise rent loss, and maintain property standards, while supporting the Operations teams to deliver excellent customer service and meet business objectives.
What you'll be doing:
- Coordinate the end-to-end voids process from tenancy termination to re-let.
- Monitor progress, oversee risks and resolve issues to minimise delays and rent loss.
- Act as a central liaison across Asset Management, Housing Management, Income and Repairs to support joined-up void delivery.
- Maintain accurate, real-time records across housing, property and financial systems.
- Ensure all void activities comply with legislation, health and safety requirements and Delta Housing policies, promoting safe working practices.

Please note the office expectancy of this role is as follows: This role will require you to be office based full time for a period of training before moving to hybrid working which will require you in the office 2-3 days a week.
