We are looking for a Performance and Data Officer to take the lead and ownership in the production of our corporate performance at Delta, supporting the business at all levels to become data-led in its decision making by providing monitoring performance.
Responsible for delivering corporate performance reporting and insights using data, Excel and Power BI.
The role identifies trends in service performance, develops dashboards, ensures KPI accuracy and governance, and acts as a key contact for corporate performance, helping drive service improvement through data-led decision making.
- What you'll be doing
- Take the lead on the regular reporting and monitoring of Deltas performance.
- Lead on the development, maintenance and presentation of good quality, relevant and timely performance and management information reports.
- Design and build performance reports for Heads of Service and Executive Teams to track and monitor performance, in a way that is consistent and easy to interpret.
- Ensure information management and governance arrangements are robust and ensure data quality standards are established, maintained and regularly tested.
- Record and review KPI counting rules to ensure data contributing to performance measures are accurate and representative of business processes.
- What we are looking for
- Extensive experience in data insights and/or performance arena.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills across all products including an advanced knowledge of Excel.
- Excellent numeracy and data analysis skills and knowledge of a wide range of statistical techniques
- Up to date knowledge and understanding of performance measures, quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
- Strong collaborative skills, with experience working across multiple teams and initiatives.
Please note the office expectancy of this role is as follows: This role will require you to be in the office a minimum of 1 day a week, or as per business need.
