What you’ll be doing:

  • Assist with planned preventive maintenance (PPM): General repairs like painting, changing silicone, or basic plumbing and electrical jobs.
  • Keeping rooms in perfect conditions: Doing regular walk-throughs to catch little issues (like a loose door handle or a burnt out lightbulb) before a guest does.
  • Helping our guests: Heading up to guest rooms to fix any quick issues with a smile and a "no problem" attitude.
  • Working as a team: Supporting the Maintenance Manager and helping other departments .
  • Staying safe: Following the usual health and safety rules to keep yourself, the team, and our guests safe.
  • Sorting the workshop: Keeping your tools tidy and letting us know when we’re running low on supplies.

  • A flexible approach to working hours (including one weekend a month)
  • Previous experience in maintenance or handyman role is preferred
  • An electrical or plumbing qualification is a bonus but not required
  • Attention to details and practical problem solving
