About the Role

We are seeking a highly commercial and analytical Cluster Revenue Manager – Resorts to lead revenue strategy across a portfolio of multi-dimensional resort hotels.

This is not a rooms-only role.

You will be responsible for driving total revenue performance across

  • Rooms (occupancy, ADR, Rev PAR)
  • Golf (green fees, memberships, societies)
  • Leisure & Spa
  • Food & Beverage
  • Meetings & Events

Working closely with General Managers and the Group Director of Revenue, you will implement dynamic, data-led strategies that maximise profit, market share, and asset value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Total Revenue Strategy
  • Develop and execute integrated revenue strategies across multiple resort properties
  • Drive performance across all revenue streams, not just rooms
  • Align pricing and commercial strategy with demand patterns, seasonality, and local market conditions
  • Pricing, Distribution & Inventory
  • Manage daily rate strategy and inventory controls across all channels

• Optimise channel mix with clear focus on

  • Direct bookings and value-add strategies
  • Controlled OTA contribution
  • Corporate, leisure, and group segments
  • Ensure rate parity and distribution efficiency across all platforms
  • Resort-Specific Revenue Optimisation

• Support pricing strategies for

  • Golf memberships and society business
  • Spa and leisure utilisation
  • Meetings, events, and function space
  • Identify opportunities to package and upsell across departments to drive total spend per guest
  • Forecasting & Reporting
  • Produce accurate weekly and monthly forecasts, budgets, and pace analysis
  • Lead revenue meetings with clear, actionable insights

• Track and drive performance against key metrics

  • Rev PAR, ADR, Occupancy
  • TRev PAR and total revenue flow-through
  • Provide clear recommendations to improve performance, not just report on it
  • Collaboration & Leadership
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure alignment
  • Support General Managers in understanding and executing revenue strategy
  • Act as the commercial lead across the portfolio, challenging assumptions and driving accountability
  • Systems & Data Integrity
  • Ensure accuracy and optimisation of all revenue systems (RMS, PMS, CRS, channel managers)
  • Maintain clean, reliable data to support decision-making
  • Continuously review and improve processes and reporting
  • What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in hotel revenue management, ideally across multiple properties
  • Strong understanding of resort or full-service hotel operations
  • Demonstrable track record of improving Rev PAR, ADR, and total revenue performance
  • Highly analytical with the ability to turn data into clear, commercial action
  • Experience with revenue systems, Excel, and distribution platforms
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to challenge and influence

Desirable

  • Experience with golf, spa, or membership-based revenue streams
  • Experience working with major brands (e. g. Marriott International, IHG Hotels & Resorts, Accor)
  • Familiarity with branded systems and reporting tools
  • Experience in a cluster or regional role
