Assistant Front of House Manager – Key Responsibilities- Support and report directly to the Front of House Manager in the day-to-day management of all Front of House operations.
- Oversee both the Front Desk and Housekeeping departments, ensuring smooth coordination and high service standards across all areas.
- Lead, motivate and manage teams through effective people management, including training, coaching, performance management and disciplinary procedures where required.
- Prepare and manage staff rotas, ensuring adequate cover in line with business needs and budget.
- Carry out duty management responsibilities, acting as the senior operational manager on shift.
- Ensure exceptional guest service standards are consistently delivered, leading by example at all times.
- Take a hands-on operational role, supporting teams during busy periods and resolving issues proactively.
- Monitor standards of cleanliness, presentation and safety across all Front of House areas.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring prompt resolution and continuous improvement.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding and ongoing development of team members.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations and operational procedures.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience in a Supervisor/Management role.
