Core hours: 11:00 pm – 7:00 am, five days per week, including weekends and public holidays.

The Housekeeping team plays a vital role in preparing the hotel for an exceptional guest experience. Full training and a detailed checklist will be provided to ensure consistent standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Work across all public areas of the hotel.
• Maintain the highest level of guest privacy and security as per company standards.
• Respond promptly to any other requests from guests or other departments.
• Check that all amenities, such as soaps and hand towels, are present and in working order.
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment such as sanitisers and vacuum cleaners.
• Inspect walls and furnishings for marks or damage and report or remove them as necessary.
• At the end of each shift, replenish carts with supplies and transport them to the assigned area.
• Remove waste bins.
