Core hours for this role are 11:00pm – 7:00am, 5 days per week including weekend and public holiday working. Responsibilities:
- Working across all public areas of the hotel.
- Maintaining the highest level of guest privacy and security as per the company standard.
- Responding promptly to any other requests from guests or other departments.
- Carrying out checks that all amenities, such as soaps and hand towels, are present and in working order.
- Use of cleaning chemicals and equipment such as sanitisers and vacuum cleaners.
- Walls and furnishings should be inspected for marks or damage which should then be removed or reported as necessary.
- At the end of each shift, carts should be replenished with supplies and transported to the assigned area.
- Removal of waste bins.
