Worsley Park Hotel & Country Club is searching for a Food & Beverage Manager to join our expanding, highly successful, Food & Beverage team. The venue is one of the leading Food & Beverage Hotels in the North of England and offers a diverse business mix with a high focus on culinary excellence, attracting a large number of wedding, conference and leisure bookings as well as many sports teams.
The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for all Food and Beverage operations at the Hotel. This includes:
- Our AA rosette restaurant and room service
- Extensive Conference & Banqueting
- Two Bar outlets
The role is positioned between existing Restaurant, Conferencing and Bar Management and a Director of Operations. The successful applicant will also be required to work closely with the wider Hotel Management Team.
The successful applicant should have experience of managing teams in Hotel Food and Beverage Operations, in addition to a hands-on approach, be a strategic thinker and have a passion for Food & Beverage excellence. Other key duties include overseeing guest and employee satisfaction, maintaining company standards and meeting or exceeding financial targets. Demonstrating knowledge of all applicable Food and Beverage laws and regulations and developing and implementing business plans for Hotel Food and Beverage.
