We are currently recruiting for a Night Supervisor to join the team at the Delta Hotels by Marriott Waltham Abbey.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the team during the night and take overall responsibility for the hotel overnight ensuring the safety and security of guests and associates.
- Complete regular walk‑rounds to ensure the building is secure and action any issues that arise.
- Ensure that the end‑of‑day reports to close the day's business results are completed.
- Process guest check‑ins, assigning rooms and activating room keys.
- Answer, respond to and process all guest calls, messages, questions or concerns.
- Process check‑outs and resolve any disputed charges.
This role is full time, working 40 hours per 5‑day working week including weekends.
