Responsibilities:
- Carry out all spa treatments to the required standards ensuring the specific treatment time is adhered to.
- Assess guest needs and inquire about contraindications e.g., allergies, high blood pressure, and pregnancy before beginning service.
- Be responsible for your working areas and ensure that equipment is fully operational and clean and report any defects.
- Adhere to Health and Safety regulations by using safe work practices.
- Attend any appropriate training courses required for you to be able to offer all treatments.
- Keep up to date with current techniques relating to the product ranges and any new treatments.
- To provide ultimate client care to all of our guests, giving them an unforgettable and lasting treatment experience.
- To maximise revenue opportunities by offering and suggesting future treatments or products.
Safety and Company Policies:
- Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures.
- Report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager.
- Complete safety training and certifications.
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
- Communicate with others using clear and professional language.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
- Support the team to reach common goals.
- Listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
