Delta Hotel by Marriott Peterborough is committed to delivering outstanding guest experiences through exceptional people. We are looking for a proactive and organised part time HR Administrator (16 hours per week) to support our busy HR team and help ensure smooth day-to-day people operations.
The Role
As HR Administrator, you will provide efficient administrative support across all areas of the employee lifecycle, ensuring HR processes run smoothly and in line with company policies and employment legislation.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting recruitment activities, including advertising roles, arranging interviews, and preparing contracts
- Managing employee records, HR systems, and personnel files
- Assisting with onboarding and induction of new starters
- Delivering instructor-led training sessions
- Processing HR documentation such as contracts, variations, and reference requests
- Supporting payroll with starters, leavers, and changes
- Handling HR queries from employees and managers in a professional and confidential manner
- Assisting with absence management, training records, and compliance checks
- Supporting HR projects and audits as required
About You
Currently studying a CIPD qualification and/or previous experience in an HR administrative role (hospitality experience desirable). Strong organisational and time-management skills. High attention to detail.
