Food & Beverage Supervisor in Peterborough

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading and motivating the Food and Beverage team during service to deliver outstanding guest experiences
• Supervising daily operations across restaurant, bar, events, or room service
• Ensuring high standards of service, presentation, and hygiene are always met
• Handling guest queries and resolving issues with confidence and care
• Training, coaching, and supporting team members to be their best
• Assisting with stock control, ordering, and cash handling
• Working closely with management to drive quality, efficiency, and revenue

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a Food & Beverage supervisory role (hotel experience preferred)
• A natural leader with a hands-on, positive attitude
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional service
• The ability to stay calm, professional, and solutions-focused under pressure
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
