Responsibilities: Here\’s what your journey with us entails:
- Oversee daily operations of the engineering department, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Manage and train engineering staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.
- Coordinate and allocate resources such as manpower, materials, and equipment to maximise efficiency.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure engineering outputs meet industry standards.
- Facilitate collaboration between engineering teams and other departments to align project objectives.
- Mentor junior engineers and technical staff, fostering professional growth.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies or engineering methods to improve operations.
- Lead investigations into technical failures and devise corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress and staff performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
