Responsibilities:
- To manage the spa operation on a day to day basis, coordinating activities of associates delivering spa services, including salon, skin care, program coordination, reservations, reception desk, massage and locker room areas.
- Position focuses on ensuring guest and associate satisfaction, achieving the operating budget, managing the team in all processes and levels of performance and ensuring all hotel training, development and standards training is implemented and driven throughout the Spa Team.
- Oversee daily operations of the spa, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Manage and train spa staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high standards of customer service.
- Coordinate bookings and reservations for activities and services.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organisation in all areas of the spa.
- Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene protocols to maintain a safe environment.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, transactions, and staff performance.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
- Implement improvements based on guest feedback to enhance their experience.
- Collaborate with other departments to fulfil guest requests and ensure smooth operations.

- Report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager.
- Complete safety training and certifications.
