As our Kitchen Porter, you’ll be a vital part of the team keeping the kitchen clean, organised and running smoothly, while supporting our chefs to deliver outstanding food for our guests. What You’ll Be Doing
- Keeping kitchen areas, equipment and utensils spotless and hygienic
- Washing dishes and operating dishwashers efficiently
- Maintaining clean, organised food storage areas
- Receiving and putting away deliveries correctly
- Disposing of waste safely and responsibly
- Supporting chefs with basic food preparation when needed
- Ensuring equipment is clean, safe and ready for service
- Following all health, safety and food hygiene standards
