- Welcome and assist guestswith a warm and friendly demeanour, ensuring
a positive dining experience. - Take and serve ordersaccurately, adhering to quality and
presentation standards. - Provide detailed informationabout menu items, including ingredients and
preparation methods. - Maintain cleanliness and organisationin the dining area and service
stations. - Coordinate with kitchen staffto ensure timely and accurate delivery of
food and beverages. - Handle guest inquiries and complaintsprofessionally, resolving issues
