The Role :
As a Night Auditor at Delta Hotels, this role is largely administrative, responsible for completing reporting tasks related to closing the day\’s business, while also fulfilling receptionist responsibilities. During a typical shift, you will work as part of a team to ensure all guests feel welcomed, valued, and appreciated, leading to a fantastic stay.
Main responsibilities:
- Complete end-of-day activities including posting charges to accounts, running night audit backup, and rolling the date.
- Process all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, and credit.
- Prepare data/lists to keep a record of all guests in case of an emergency.
- Sell and process reservations for walk-in guests.
- Process all guest check-ins and check-outs.
- Complete fire safety responsibilities.
- Morning operational setup.
- Perform receptionist duties such as operating the telephone, actioning wake-up calls, and activating room keys.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining brand standards throughout.
- Perform other reasonable duties as instructed.
