Role details
Part Time Maintenance Technician – 16 hours (2 Days) per week
Are you a friendly, confident and enthusiastic individual seeking a career in hospitality? We have an exciting opportunity in our Maintenance department as a Maintenance Technician. You will be part of the Marriott family offering outstanding service to our guests and associates. You will also have access to our exclusive benefits and training opportunities! This role is paid between £8.50 and £9.50 per hour.
Main Duties
- Follow Brand Standards in all aspects of the job role
- Promoting a welcoming environment
- Understand and follow all health and safety procedures and policys in the hotel
- Use an in house system to log completed tasks and input new ones
- Carry out general maintenance around the hotel including plumbing, electrical, painting, mechanical and general hotel repairs
- Resolve maintenance issues in a professional and timely manner
What you need to apply
You do not have to have any specific qualifications in order to apply, but desirable if you have a qualification is a specialised area but training will be provided. We look for enthusiasm, ability to adapt, well presented, excellent customer service skills and flexibility to work all shift patterns.
