We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Maintenance Supervisor to support the engineering operations at Delta Hotels Bristol City Centre. This role supervises maintenance staff, coordinates preventive and corrective maintenance, responds promptly to repair requests, and ensures compliance with safety regulations and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervises the engineering team and maintenance operations across the Hotel.
- Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and brand standards.
- Communicate and coordinate with external contractors regarding works onsite.
- Use systems like Transcendent to manage preventive maintenance and reporting.
- Conduct regular property inspections and provide hands-on support when needed.
- Drive sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in hotel engineering or facilities management.
- Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems and Health & Safety regulations.
- Experience with CMMS (e.g., Transcendent) preferred.
- Qualification or experience in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
