Assistant Food & Beverage Manager

Main Duties
- To maintain guest satisfaction scores and ensure compliance of brand standard throughout the operations
- Ensure the correct procedures for stock and cash handling are being maintained
- To ensure full compliance with health and safety across the hotel
- Empower hosts to provide excellent customer service and understand expectations
- Ensure the development of supervisors and hosts in order to promote in the future
- To assist with the HR duties of the department including recruitment, performance reviews and training
- To help achieve and exceed the overall financial goal and objectives
- Follow Brand Standards in all aspects of the job role
What do you need to apply?
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in the food and beverage industry as a supervisor or a manager. It is desirable to have experience within hospitality but not essential. The ideal candidate will be well presented, have excellent customer service skills and be flexible to work all shift patterns.
