Assistant Food and Beverage ManagerAre you a friendly, confident and enthusiastic individual seeking a career in hospitality? We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager. Main Duties:- To maintain guest satisfaction scores and ensure compliance of brand standard throughout the operations.
- Ensure the correct procedures for stock and cash handling are being maintained.
- To ensure full compliance with health and safety across the hotel.
- Empower hosts to provide excellent customer service and understand expectations.
- Ensure the development of supervisors and hosts in order to promote in the future.
- To assist with the HR duties of the department including recruitment, performance reviews and training.
- To help achieve and exceed the overall financial goal and objectives.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in the food and beverage industry as a supervisor or a manager. It is desirable to have experience within hospitality but not essential. The ideal candidate will be well presented, have excellent customer service skills and be flexible to work all shift patterns.
