Main Duties:

  • To maintain guest satisfaction scores and ensure compliance of brand standard throughout the operations.
  • Ensure the correct procedures for stock and cash handling are being maintained.
  • To ensure full compliance with health and safety across the hotel.
  • Empower hosts to provide excellent customer service and understand expectations.
  • Ensure the development of supervisors and hosts in order to promote in the future.
  • To assist with the HR duties of the department including recruitment, performance reviews and training.
  • To help achieve and exceed the overall financial goal and objectives.
  • Follow Brand Standards in all aspects of the job role.

What do you need to apply?

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in the food and beverage industry as a supervisor or a manager. It is desirable to have experience within hospitality but not essential. The ideal candidate will be well presented, have excellent customer service skills and be flexible to work all shift patterns.
