We are looking for a passionate and strategic Director of Sales to join us at Delta Hotels by Marriott Bexleyheath. Our hotel is a well-established destination for business, leisure and events, and we have exciting times ahead.
This is a key leadership role – one where you will shape the sales strategy, build long-lasting client relationships and inspire your team to deliver their very best.
What the role involves:- Managing a portfolio of corporate, group and event accounts while identifying new revenue opportunities.
- Strengthening existing client relationships and creating new ones through sales calls, show rounds, networking, FAM trips and trade events.
- Collaborating with our Event Management team to ensure smooth transitions and brilliant customer experiences.
- Coaching and motivating your team to hit targets and grow in confidence.
- Keeping a close eye on the market and competitor landscape to inform your strategy.
- Representing Delta Hotels by Marriott Bexleyheath in the local community to increase brand visibility and partnerships.
- Working closely with Marriott’s off-property sales channels to align activity and avoid duplication.
You are commercially sharp, people-focused and results-driven. You know how to lead with heart and clarity, and you have a genuine passion for hospitality. You will bring:
