Our client, a leading global financial advisory firm, is seeking to add a Vice President to its M&A advisory team. Renowned for providing independent, high-quality strategic and financial advice to clients worldwide, the firm operates across major markets and sectors.

The ideal candidate will bring significant experience in M&A or corporate finance from a top-tier institution, strong leadership and client-facing skills, and a proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Regional exposure, particularly within the UAE, is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage both public and private transactions
  • Engage directly with senior executives at client organizations
  • Oversee and mentor Associates and Analysts
  • Contribute to origination and business development initiatives
  • Review financial analyses and models with precision
  • Develop client presentations and marketing materials
  • Play a central role in team operations, including recruitment and junior staff development
Key Requirements:
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in investment banking, corporate M&A, or ECM, ideally within a top-tier institution
  • Proven leadership capabilities and a collaborative approach
  • Strong track record of high performance in fast-paced, high-expectation environments
  • Ability to support, guide, and inspire junior colleagues
  • Excellent client management and presentation skills
  • Advanced analytical and quantitative skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
