Our client, a leading global financial advisory firm, is seeking to add a Vice President to its M&A advisory team. Renowned for providing independent, high-quality strategic and financial advice to clients worldwide, the firm operates across major markets and sectors.
The ideal candidate will bring significant experience in M&A or corporate finance from a top-tier institution, strong leadership and client-facing skills, and a proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Regional exposure, particularly within the UAE, is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage both public and private transactions
- Engage directly with senior executives at client organizations
- Oversee and mentor Associates and Analysts
- Contribute to origination and business development initiatives
- Review financial analyses and models with precision
- Develop client presentations and marketing materials
- Play a central role in team operations, including recruitment and junior staff development
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in investment banking, corporate M&A, or ECM, ideally within a top-tier institution
- Proven leadership capabilities and a collaborative approach
- Strong track record of high performance in fast-paced, high-expectation environments
