Our client, a top-10 global sovereign wealth fund, is seeking an experienced Human Capital professional to support recruitment and selection activities, with a particular focus on external hiring. Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end external recruitment processes, ensuring high-quality and timely hires

  • Partner with external search and staffing firms to deliver against workforce plans

  • Proven expertise in sourcing, workforce planning, and HR data analysis
  • Experience in supporting nationalization or localization programs is an advantage
