Our client, a global top‑10 Sovereign Wealth Fund based in the Middle East, is seeking a seasoned professional to join its Human Capital division, playing a key role in designing, delivering and continuously improving its Total Rewards and Organisational Effectiveness initiatives. This senior role will develop, implement and ensure execution of reward and related policies, analyse and report, support Human Capital activities, and safeguard the firm's organisational design.
Key Responsibilities
- Policy & Procedures: Develop, implement and improve HC policies covering all areas to ensure compliance with statutory and organisational requirements.
- Human Capital Policies: Contribute to development and maintenance of all HC‑related policies and procedures in line with strategy and regulations.
- Rewards Project: Contribute to Total Rewards strategy, design employee salary structures and benefit programmes, and lead reward projects including analysis and recommendations.
- Compensation & Benefits: Manage and execute compensation programmes, salary reviews and benefits administration.
- Analysis, Reporting & Budgeting: Analyse HR data, prepare reports and provide insights for decision‑making.
- Continuous Improvement & Knowledge Development: Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and share knowledge within the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; postgraduate qualification (e.g., MBA) preferred.
- 15 years of progressive experience in Human Capital, specialising in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, or Organisational Effectiveness.
- Strong knowledge of reward structures, job evaluation, and performance management frameworks.
