Our client, a leading Investment Bank and Growth Equity firm focused on the Middle East, is looking to add a Vice President to join its advisory and investment platform, operating across both M&A advisory and growth equity investments. This is a dual mandate role with exposure to the full deal lifecycle—from origination and execution through to investment and portfolio management. The role sits close to senior leadership and offers meaningful responsibility across live transactions and portfolio companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead execution across M&A advisory and growth equity investment mandates
- Build and review detailed financial models and valuation analyses
- Prepare investment committee materials, client presentations, and transaction documentation
- Support deal structuring, negotiation, and execution processes
- Contribute to origination efforts alongside senior team members
- Assist in portfolio monitoring, performance analysis, and periodic reporting
- Provide guidance and oversight to junior team members across live workstreams
Requirements
- Currently operating at Vice President level (or strong Associate ready to step up)
- Experience in Investment Banking, M&A Advisory, or Private Equity
- Strong academic background from a leading institution
- Strong technical capability in financial modelling, valuation, and transaction execution
- Proven track record of managing workstreams on complex deals
