Key Responsibilities
- Lead portfolio management responsibilities for the local (GCC) equity market, including analysis of listed companies and asset allocation responsibilities in actively managed positions.

- Provide mentorship and oversight to the Public Equities Senior Associate, ensuring the delivery of high-quality analysis and decision-making.
- Review and validate performance monitoring reports and rebalancing recommendations prepared by the Public Equities Senior Associate, ensuring strategic alignment.
- Engage with regulatory bodies and stakeholders to ensure compliance and stay informed of local market developments.
- Ensure that all active equity investment activities comply with internal governance, risk, and compliance standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Risk, Legal, and Compliance to address regulatory challenges related to active equity investments.
- Ensure the integration of research and analysis conducted by the team into portfolio management decisions.

Qualifications & Experience
- Must have past experience in EM / MENA equity research or managing a GCC equity portfolio.
