Senior Associate / Associate, TMT Investments, GCC Sovereign Wealth Fund (Role based in GCC)Our client, a global top-10 sovereign wealth fund, is looking to add an Associate to their TMT Investments team based in the Middle East.

As an Associate , you will be a key member of the Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) investment team. The role sits at the intersection of investment analysis, execution, and portfolio management, supporting senior team members while taking ownership of significant parts of deal work.

Requirements

Demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, valuation, and modelling, honed through experience at a leading bulge bracket, Tier 1 investment bank, or specialized technology firm

6–8 years\’ experience working on corporate finance and M&A transactions, with strong deal exposure in the technology sector, ideally with hands‐on SaaS/software transactions

Knowledge of global technology and SaaS trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes

Must be a highly motivated, driven, and hard‐working individual with a strong work ethic.

Bachelor\’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA, CFA, or other advanced qualifications preferred)

Key Responsibilities

Research and track investment opportunities in global software and SaaS markets

Build and maintain detailed financial models

Coordinate with advisors, consultants, and internal stakeholders during deal processes

Present insights to senior leadership for decision‐making

Support post‐investment initiatives such as growth strategies, governance, and exits
