Our client, a leading Investment Bank and Growth Equity firm focused on the Middle East, is looking to add Associates, Senior Associates, and Vice Presidents to join its advisory and investment platform, operating across both M&A advisory and growth equity investments. This is a dual mandate role with exposure to the full deal lifecycle—from transaction execution through to investing and portfolio management. Successful candidates will work closely with senior leadership across live transactions, investment opportunities, and portfolio companies within a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and lead execution across M&A advisory and growth equity investment mandates
- Build and review detailed financial models and valuation analyses
- Prepare investment committee materials, client presentations, and transaction documentation
- Assist with deal structuring, negotiation, due diligence, and execution processes
- Conduct market, industry, and company research to support transaction and investment activity
- Contribute to portfolio monitoring, performance analysis, and periodic reporting
- Collaborate closely with senior team members across active mandates and investment opportunities
- Vice President candidates will also be expected to manage workstreams and support junior team members across live deals
Requirements
- Experience within Investment Banking, M&A Advisory, or Private Equity
- Candidates may currently be operating at Associate, Senior Associate, or Vice President level
- Strong academic background from a leading institution
- Strong technical capability in financial modelling, valuation, and transaction execution
- Experience working on complex transactions and managing multiple workstreams
- Commercial mindset with interest in both advisory and principal investing
- Strong communication skills and ability to operate effectively within lean deal teams
