Our client, a leading Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company is currently searching for an Industrial & Operational Excellence Director to be based in Athens.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive continuous improvement and efficiency across all operational functions with the goal of reducing costs, optimizing processes, and improving overall performance.
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives, including automation, standardization, and data-driven decision-making.
- Facilitate and support the implementation of change initiatives, ensuring that employees are engaged and aligned with the new processes.
Requirements:
