Our client, a top 10 global sovereign wealth fund is seeking an experienced Human Capital professional to support the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of its Total Rewards and Organisational Effectiveness initiatives. In this role, you will implement and enhance compensation and benefits programs, provide analysis and insights to support strategic decisions, and contribute to shaping organisational design to meet evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution of compensation and benefit processes, including salary reviews, variable pay, and market benchmarking.
  • Provide analysis, reporting, and recommendations to inform decision-making in rewards, performance management, and organisational effectiveness.
  • Support the development and implementation of Human Capital policies and processes, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
  • Contribute to the annual Human Capital budget process, including forecasting, tracking, and advising on resource allocation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in Human Capital, with strong expertise in rewards and performance management.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to deliver accurate, insightful reporting.
  • Proactive, action-oriented, and capable of balancing multiple priorities with accountability.
