Our client, a top 10 global sovereign wealth fund is seeking Learning & Development professionals with deep expertise in the financial services industry to join their growing team
This role will play a pivotal part in shaping the L&D strategy - designing, implementing, and delivering impactful learning initiatives that drive performance, engagement, and capability across the organisation
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and execution of enterprise-wide learning strategies aligned with business goals
- Partner with senior leaders to assess learning needs and develop solutions that enhance leadership, technical, and behavioural capabilities
- Oversee the implementation of blended learning programs, leveraging digital learning, workshops, and coaching interventions
- Evaluate learning effectiveness through data-driven insights and continuous improvement
- Manage relationships with external learning partners and vendors
Qualifications & Experience:
- 10 - 15 years of relevan t experience in Learning & Development, preferably within banking, financial services, or fintech
- Proven track record in building and scaling organizational learning programs
- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills
- Deep understanding of compliance, regulatory training, and leadership development in financial environments
