Our client, an investment manager in the GCC, is seeking to hire an Associate into its Private Equity team. The role will focus on global investments, working closely with senior investment professionals across the full investment lifecycle, including screening, execution, due diligence, financial modelling and valuation, and ongoing asset and portfolio management.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and execute private equity investment opportunities across sectors and geographies.
  • Build financial models, valuations, and investment return analyses.
  • Support due diligence, transaction execution, and investment committee processes.
  • Coordinate with management teams, advisors, lenders, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor portfolio company performance and support value creation initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of experience at a bulge bracket or Tier 1 investment bank.
  • Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical capabilities.
  • Additional languages and/or CFA are advantageous but not required.
