For nearly 20 years, Delta EMEA continues to dedicate in R&D to support the most important businesses with advanced energy-saving technology and solutions.

For our Data Center Segment (DCS) we are searching for an enthusiastic service engineer engaged in building top service knowledge about DCS products, who should be able to share this knowledge with other Delta field service engineers and service partners in the EMEA region and utilize it in technical support of customers, sales, product management and participate in further improvement of products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer training and technical support including on-site diagnostics/troubleshooting for critical cases.
  • On-site diagnostics and service.
  • Responsible for overall service-related technical documentation used in EMEA, definition of scope of service jobs for each product (installation/commissioning/annual maintenance), spare parts list with substitution matrix.
  • Building and managing a network of service partners within EMEA.
  • Commercial mindset. Able and experienced in transforming customers’ pain points into business opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of related experience as an electrical engineer.
  • Understanding of power & infrastructure solutions.
  • Able to discuss and communicate technical details both at a high level and in simple terms.
  • Open to innovation and new technologies.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Independent, highly achievement driven, and a team player.
