Responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring and recording all incoming and outgoing materials and equipment.
  • Maintaining safety and security of the warehouse.
  • Securing the safety of stored materials and equipment at all times.
  • Conducting regular inventory of materials and supplies.
  • Performing additional relevant tasks as assigned.
  • Checking invoices and delivery receipts, notifying the quality control officer.
  • Preparing purchase orders for needed materials and submitting to Purchasing.
  • Checking and monitoring all materials and fixed assets transferred to the site.
  • Monitoring fast-moving and consumable items, ensuring timely replenishment.
  • Recording incoming and outgoing diesel, oil, and lubricants, and monitoring daily consumption.
  • Preparing monthly inventory, receiving, and issuance reports for materials and fixed assets.
  • Maintaining proper housekeeping inside and around the warehouse.
