Responsibilities include:
- Keeping abreast of Environmental Management Bureau’s requirements and client pollution control standards.
- Ensuring safety in the area of influence.
- Attending to necessary government permits (EMB) before operating facilities.
- Ensuring compliance of Pollution Control Facilities with government standards.
- Timely submission of Quarterly Self-Monitoring Reports to EMB.

- Participating in pollution control officer meetings called by EMB.
- Monitoring generation and disposal of used oil, batteries, and hazardous waste.
- Keeping records of hazardous waste disposal, manifest forms, and related documents.
- Handling other environmental concerns as required by clients and government agencies.

- Graduate of any Engineering course, preferably Mining and/or Environmental Science.
- Accredited PCO by EMB.
