Seeking senior professionals with 15+ years of experience to assist clients and their legal counsel on complex construction matters. Responsibilities include analyzing baseline and schedule updates, assessing construction costs, conducting field inspections, developing client deliverables, and managing multiple projects. Candidate must have experience managing a team of consultants. Delta values diversity, rapid learning, and growth. Location is flexible.
Basic Qualifications- 15+ years of experience on complex construction/engineering projects
- BS in engineering, construction management, or related field (graduate degree a plus)
- Skills in forensic engineering, cost analysis, delay, scheduling, claims, and loss analysis
- Experience as an expert witness preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Team-oriented mindset
- PE license and other certifications desirable
- Proven business development experience with established clients
- Lead project management across the full spectrum of construction projects
- Coordinate planning and execution of support activities
- Manage client relationships and communicate results
- Engage in business development and thought leadership activities
