Delta Care Ltd are offering work on a permanent or temporary basis across all surrounding areas of Tameside and Manchester, with many full-time positions available.
Our New and Increased Rates of Pay:
- Monday to Friday - £13.45 (40p Performance Bonus Included)
- Saturday to Sunday - £13.55 (40p Performance Bonus Included)
- Mileage pay - 30p (per mile)
Drivers Required
- Evenings and Weekend work available
- Full-time Hours to suit your availability
No qualifications or previous experience are required, as we do offer paid full training!
Hours of duty:
- Mornings 7 AM - 2 PM
- Evenings 3 PM - 10 PM (You are required to work every other weekend)

The role:
The role is community-based, providing support and care to individuals in their own homes to enable them to live safely and independently. This will also consist of providing personal care, medication assistance, and meal preparation. If you are a kind, caring, empathetic and compassionate person with excellent communication skills and a good sense of humour, we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily personal care (washing, dressing, meals)
- Support with mobility and activities of daily living
- Build trusting relationships with clients and their families
- Ensure clients’ safety, comfort, and well-being at all times
- Document and report care provided to clients, medication records and care sheets
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Promote independence and dignity for those in your care
- Read and follow the individualized care plan
- Prepare meals, drinks, and snacks, as and when necessary
- Adhere to Delta Care Ltd Health and Safety policies
